The location is central, near the metro. Allan and Esra were great staff. The building size is big. I found the atmosphere convivial. I definitely think the staff are helpful.
The carpet wasnt clean when i checked in. The bed looked fine but didnt feel clean. There were stains in the bathroom, mostly old, used stains. i think it needs work.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Business Bay Metro. There is also a bus stop, a taxi stand, and a supermarket close by. This makes the location convenient for transportation and essential shopping.

The room features a king bed and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a stovetop. There are also cooking pans, i could make easy food. The room gets cleaned everyday with new towels.

There is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi at the hotel. A sauna also exists on site. I saw fresh pastries available during breakfast. Three treadmills are available in the gym.

Breakfast service starts early. I did find the breakfast food plentiful. I had many options. The restaurant does have a variety of international dishes on the menu.

The reception team makes our stay wonderful. Abdul was attentive to all my needs. The hotel provides extra beds for children without extra costs. They are friendly and keen to help.

the room was spacious. it had a well-equipped gym on the top floor. the pool provided nice views..
the carpet was dirty when i arrived. the bed did not feel clean. the bath had stains, almost like damage was present.

damaged ironing boardpoor sink drainage
I found some issues . The ironing board was damaged and seemed unsafe. Staff did not notice it previously. Water drained poorly in the sink upon check-in. Maintenance had to remove hair from the drain. These issues should have been addressed before my arrival. These omissions were annoying
